TRAINING DAYS - members only

Next training day

Please read the following carefully as due to the ever-changing COVID-19 environment, things may have changed from a previous training day.

 

  • All groups will start at 9:30am.  Gates open by 8:20am

  • Please arrive ready to ride.

  • CHECK the whiteboard (located at storage container)  for where your group will be held. 

  • No announcements, go straight to your group area - ready to start at 9:30am.

  • No Canteen

  • No wrist bands required – you will be marked off at front gate on arrival

  • Only those who have entered online (rider & a support person) will be allowed entry to the grounds.  
    (Sorry, no spectators)

  • If the training day is canceled, refunds will be issued less the associated PayPal fees 

 

In accordance with NSW Government COVID restrictions for Community Sport, you are NOT PERMITTED to attend the training day if you have :

 

  • Returned from overseas in the past 14 days

  • Visited Victoria in the past 14 days

  • Been in direct contact with a known case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days

  • Are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test

  • Attended any of the reported case locations listed on the NSW Health website.

If you are unwell or have any cold or flu-like symptoms, you will be refused entry to the grounds.  So please STAY HOME 😊 and arrange a COVID test by calling your doctor or contact the Coronavirus Health Information hotline on 1800 020 080.

 

  • Groups to stay with same instructor the whole time

  • No mingling between groups

  • You are requested to leave promptly after your sessions are finished.

  • Sanitising stations will be set up around the grounds – please use appropriately.

  • Be mindful of shared areas such as wash bay, water taps, portaloo etc. Recommend you bring own water.

  • Social distancing is a mandatory requirement: Maintain a distance of at least 1.5metres from others. 

  • Do not enter or hang around other floats/trucks.

  • No sharing of equipment.

  • Toilets in clubhouse & Portaloo available for use.  Please utilise the hand sanitiser provided & follow markings & other signage.
     

If you or anyone accompanying you becomes unwell and later tests positive for Covid-19, you must notify one of the Executive Committee Members.

 

All members and those accompanying them are required to take personal responsibility for their own health, safety and wellbeing and the “impact on others” during the resumption of equestrian activities.  We recommend you download the COVID-Safe App.

 

Should it be requested, data gathered for the purpose of entering the training day will be shared with the NSW Health and Affiliated Agencies as is lawfully required.
