at the venue we are limited to the number of people
allowed in the meeting room.

 

The riding club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 24th November, 2020 commencing at 7pm.

This year the meeting will be held at the Pitt Town & District Sporting Club, 139 Old Pitt Town Rd, Pitt Town NSW

 

Due to COVID-19 requirements of the venue, all members who are attending
MUST pre-register, prior to 12 noon on Tuesday, 24th November. 

 

Only current 2020 members of the club are eligible to attend the AGM. Members must be 18 years or older to stand on the committee and vote.

If there is more than one member attending from your family, you will need to submit a registration for EACH member attending.
